Plain Packing: For cake decorators & pastry chef, who planned to use Sugar Brooch for your cake decoration. Sugar Brooch is placed in a clear plastic bag ready to use. There is no clear case & custom label, an economical choice.

Keepsake: Your choice of Shape of the sugar brooch and select a color/colors (or if you have theme color of the wedding). Each brooch is placed inside the clear case with a label of your event/wedding announcement. We customize the label for your special event as you like.  Please order 6 weeks before the event.

Clear String is attached on the brooch	Attach the String on lollipop stick then insert the cake.

For your very special presentation of the cake, we made it easy for you! Each Sugar Brooch comes with clear Monofilament String .010 in diameter. This string is invisible from distance a few feet away. You can attach the string on the stick (lollipop or bamboo sticks, etc) using crazy glue, heat gun or tape. Insert the stick anywhere on the cake you wish so that the brooch is hanging in air like a chandelier not attached to the side of the cake

Price: depends on the shape of the brooch as seen above. For Brooch with String, add .50 cents to the price of Plain packing.

Handling: Do not store in refrigerator/freezer. Keep in a cool, dry place at all times.

Note: As this is a sugar product, it will absorb moisture which will cause the jewel to cloud and turn white (harmless). Therefore, place the jewel on the dessert just before serving. Dry Surfaces are best like fondant or icing. This product is made from a sugar substitute, Isomalt. The jewels are shipped with a thin coat of vegetable oil to protect the shine and prevent sticking. Sometimes the jewels will be cloudy due to temperature fluctuations during shipping. If this occurs with your purchase, simply spray them with a very light coating of vegetable oil to instantly restore their luster.
